A parking permit does not necessarily include permission for a mobile cleaning service. Check with the property manager or employer before offering the location. Share any visitor procedures and avoid spaces next to frequent vehicle movement.
At an apartment: rules matter.
Shared lots can have restrictions on washing, water use, and outside vendors. Ask management about the specific activity. If the location is unsuitable, discuss another approved space rather than asking the detailer to work around a rule.
