THE SHORT ANSWER
What is full detailing?
A full detail combines interior and exterior cleaning. The exact work depends on the vehicle, its condition, and the package you approve. Stain treatment, heavy pet hair, polishing, and coatings should always be discussed separately.
One appointment. Two very different jobs.
The cabin and the paint need different tools, products, and amounts of time. A thoughtful full detail starts by looking at both. Crumbs under the seats may be straightforward; embedded hair or an old spill can need much more attention. Outside, road film is different from bonded contamination or a scratch.
Start with what bothers you most.
Tell us where you notice the difference every day: the driver seat, a dusty dashboard, dull paint, or wheels that never look clean. That helps shape a useful quote instead of a long list of extras you do not need. Include the vehicle size, how it is used, and how long it has been since the last detail.
Understand the finish line.
Cleaning can improve appearance, but it cannot reverse every sign of age. Torn upholstery, worn leather color, peeling clear coat, and deep scratches are different problems. Agree on priorities and realistic results before the appointment begins.
