Marketing terms are not a complete service description. Ask what product category is being used, how it is applied, and what curing or aftercare is needed. A spray with ceramic ingredients should not be assumed equivalent to a multi-stage coating service.

No wax or coating makes a car immune to chips, scratches, or neglect. Protection is part of a maintenance routine. Worn or peeling clear coat may need a repair conversation instead of another layer of product.
